Most of his time is spent pouring every ounce of his being into making the latest gourmet dish. Natural critical, his first instinct when speaking to another person is to critique them. A serious man in life, he has only ever focused on furthering his career as a chef and hasn't dedicated as much of his time into building bonds with others, leaving him with a whopping three friends and no significant other to speak of. He appears mature beyond his years, acting more like a middle aged man than a young adult who should be living it up before they hit the years that actually demand a more responsible demeanor. [break][break] Pilot stands at 6'0" (185 cm) donning an apathetic expression. He weighs in at roughly 156 lbs. (70 kg)[break][break] A man who takes much pride in his appearance, he is always in a dressy casual. Button down shirts are usually what he wears on a day to day basis while modeling nice, sleek, black slacks. A golden Rolex watch rests on his right wrist. [attr="class","bioheader"]history. [attr="class,"bioentry"] Snow lightly fluttered to the ground as Maria Carmen Costello gave birth to Pilot outside of Einhaven. Her husband, George Costello was glued to her side, supporting her throughout the entirety of it. Pilot James Costello was showered in adoration, and surprisingly enough, was also a rather cordial boy growing up. His family was by no means swimming in bells, but they could easily get by and indulge in some desires every once and awhile. Nothing traumatic ever occurred in his childhood. It was normal, but prosperous. Many simple memories are cherished and held close to his heart today. When Pilot reached sixteen years of age, a new addition was added to the Costello household. A year old cousin that, in ways, he would treat like his own child as he grew older. His aunt was no longer able to care for her only daughter and in addition to, fell gravely ill. His cousin, Janette, was with them permanently. [break][break]Two years crept by as Pilot's fascination with cooking, and extravagant foods, along with fatty pastries, and really, food in general, took an intense hold. Deciding to pack up and move, he bought a quaint home in Einhaven in to run a simple cafe. Janette followed him months later, his parents claiming it was a safe environment for her to be raised in. Since, the pair have lived a cozy life in Einhaven. [attr="class","bioheader"]loves and hobbies. [attr="class,"bioentry"]Besides taking pleasure in hiding away in a kitchen, Pilot finds solace in reading large novels, particularly mysteries, fishing on a warm summer's evening, and taking a stroll through the neighborhood. [attr="class","bioheader"]dislikes and loathes. [attr="class,"bioentry"]Hum and drum can easily, and really agitate Pilot, as he is accustomed to a laid back, quiet environment. Crowds put him on edge, and people who need to be constantly occupied are also a pet peeve of his, along with fidgeting. People who nose their way into others affairs tend to get him a little prickly as well.
